I’m back from Tulsa and so much happened. I wouldn’t even know where to begin! Anyway, rather then go into detail on it I’m posting reviews on IDF and when I get them all finished I’ll upload as a whole, along with photos from the buses, concert and after party on here. Anyway, I was able to collect some updates and info I missed while in Tulsa from IDF and will post some short versions here now. Hopefully I can get settled and get everything organized and updated for you all soon.
So David’s video was released to iTunes today! Please make sure to go buy it and add it your ipod collection. Remember purchasing videos helps out David, you might not think it means much, but really it does! So go get it.
Laydie X from IDF posted that David’s video can be requested at MYX she said that MYX can be views on DirecTV Channel 2067. (Nationwide) if you don’t have direct TV I suggest looking online to see if it is in your local area.
Viking posted that you can now add “Crush” to the video request list at VH-1 so please stop by there and vote to add it as well Top 20 Countdown

It was noted on the IDF boards that if you called into the “Mobile fanclub” phone line David send out a little message letting everyone know that the video is soon to be released. Apparently he said to check back on Monday for further info! As some of you may know the video was leaked but most links on youtube have been removed. It has popped up in different places, so I’m sure, if you are desperate enough, you’ll find it. Until then, we only have a few days of waiting for an official release. Keep a listen out to the “Mobile Fanclub” for further updates from David. If you can’t wait and want to see photos, go check out the gallery on David HQ they are great shots!
The Stand Up To Cancer group headed up by “Pecan Pie” finished off strong, raising $31,000 for cancer research. All you fans of David should give yourselves a pat on the back for all the effort, time and money you all put into making this such a success. The “Crush Kids Cancer” project was a wonderful effort on behalf of so many to not only show support for such a great cause but also a great way to display some of the amazing qualities of giving David himself has. Awesome job everyone. Congrats. Here is a lovely video of “Pecan Pie” presenting David with a plaque. Pecan was a wonderful leader and no doubt quite humble. I know I speak for many when I say, thank Pecan. It was a job well done.
Ratethemusic.com has added “Crush” to it’s playlist. Ratethemusic is a site used to promote new and upcoming music, the site claims that your rating of music will be seen by radio programmers and other music industry execs. So make sure to stop by, join and rate “Crush.” Let’s continue to make a difference.
4 days till I head out to Tulsa. Looks like it’s going to be raining, which isn’t good, but hopefully we’ll still get a chance to meet David.

I wanted to finally stop by and post the info about the “CRUSH KIDS CANCER” project going on. Make sure if you haven’t already to please stop by the “CRUSH KIDS CANCER” PAGE and donate. I know so many of you have helped with the Cook Fans Conquering Cancer fund so lets take a moment to help out this David Archuleta project in support of crushing cancer. Currently it’s in 1st place but it’s a tight race so lets keep the good work going. Tell your friends, family, co-workers, friends of friends, online communities, and anyone else who can help out. We all have been touched in some way by this horrible diesease so if we can lets all try to help as much as possible.

Also, all of my arrangements for Tulsa have now been taken care of. We finally scored 5th row seats and at regular price lol. I’m happy about that. Hotel is set and everything at this point is a go. I’m excited and I feel so privileged to be apart of the FINAL show. It’s a bit bittersweet as with the end of that show means the end of the tour, but I know David and all of the idols have so much in store so I can only try and look at it, not as an end, but an exciting new beginning. Anyway make sure to check out the myspace everyone.

David is going to “TAKE OVER’ radio Disney on the 25th. I’ve posted more info about that and a few others bits in the “Appearance” section of the site.
As you know the video has been filmed and we are just now awaiting the release date. Sept 15 has been the date floating around at the moment, but nothing is definite, make sure to keep on the look out for that.
I believe that is it for now. I’m hoping to work on the newsletter and get that sent out by today! I’ll be flying out to Tulsa very soon; Sept 13th, so I’m excited and will do my best to come back with a great report!
If you have seen David live and have a report and or photos of your show and meeting him, PLEASE CONTACT me, I’d love to add it to the eventual “tour” section of the site. I’m hoping to have a little contest once I come back, hopefully everything will work out.

Well, lots have happened since I’ve been gone. Is it not exciting to hear all the wonderful things happening for David? He won at the “Teen Choice Awards” for most “Fanatic Fans” go David!! AND US lol!! Also, the release of “Crush” has been a great hit, it is still standing atop the iTunes charts! He is still currently apart of the American Idols tour and is doing quite well there as well. He’s got his upcoming album that he’s working on, which will hopefully include a couple of songs he wrote himself. He’s got some upcoming radio interviews and no doubt future album promotion. He is one buy guy and no doubt all of us should be proud to see him accomplish his dream. Awesome work everyone for supporting the single and “gifting” it to others and also for supporting David in ALL his projects.
Just a quick note. David is going to be on the Radio August 20th. I updated the “Appearance” page with more info.
I did some updating and some minor changes. I still have to send out the newsletter, it’s done for the most part, I just need to get a few final things on it finished. I’m sorry again for not keeping up with everything, but with the memorial and arrangements for my grandma taking place it has been difficult, stressful and busy to say the least for me and my family. So hopefully, now that things have calmed down a tiny bit, I’ll be able to do more around here.
I’m going to try something out this week, if it works, I’ll be asking for your participation on a gift for David *yay* I’ll be flying out from here in Cali to see him in Tulsa for the last stop of the tour, hopefully if I actually get to meet him I’ll be able to pass on to him the gift from us! So, keep a look out for that.

Hello and welcome to the newly updated team-archuleta.com. I’m happy and excited with how everything turned out. There are some new things and some slight changes but all in all I tried to keep the true essence of the site. The biggest change is more internal as I’ve switched over to wordpress. I’m happy because it should hopefully make my job a whole lot easier. Anyway, I do hope that you all like the changes and that we can continue to be your #1 source for promoting David.
I do want to apologize that Im getting this out a bit late. Unfortunately I had a death in my family so it’s been pretty rough for me, but thankfully working on the site has been a welcomed distraction. I’ve worked really hard on making the site the best I can and hopefully with a little more time I can continue to grow the various sections to help you do your job in supporting David. So take a look around, contribute where you can and please come back again soon!
